Alvin was great and always is. However, your service department damaged my car while installing the replacement parts. It’s pretty ridiculous that I bring my car in for service and it comes back damaged and the employee who worked on it doesn’t say a word about it. I’m guessing he hoped I wouldn’t see?? Alvin is in the process of repairing, but I’m not sure if it will be acceptable.

Still rattling and squeaking after the second time ringing in the car and said some bushings and not backordered I would’ve liked to of known in more detail what is wrong and when the part might be and I don’t feel safe driving a long distance with this car.I just found out four months ago I have cancer stage four I would like to enjoy my car while I’m still around Mondo and Richard are fine it’s the mechanics or to find out what was really wrong with my car

Mario was very good, however they did not have any keto options for donuts and that’s just a big no no. I will be returning Monday morning at 7AM to check and see if the dealership has gotten their high carb act together.

Rude and disrespectful staff. Terrible experience overall. Will not return. There are two Chevrolet’s in our household. Neither of which will ever go to Martin Chevrolet for service again. Brought our Volt in due to paint peeling issue on rear bumper and general maintenance. Service advisor claims bumper has been repainted and thus the factory warranty does not apply. Bumper was never repainted by us and the selling dealer (Buena Park Chevrolet) says they didn’t repaint the bumper prior to delivering the vehicle to us. The car is only 1.5 years old and has less than 9k miles on it. It’s always parked in our carport and well kept. This is clearly a manufacturing flaw. I was offered no proof that the bumper was repainted, only speculation on the service advisors part. Upon picking up the vehicle, the service advisor directed me straight to the cashier. Didn’t get up from his desk even to greet me or go over what was done to the vehicle as part of its service. When I got to the cashier, she was staring at her cell phone and didn’t acknowledge me for almost a minute. After signing my paperwork I went out front to wait for my car. I could see it sitting around the corner and nobody appeared to be making any attempts to bring it to me. I walked over to it and was rudely yelled at by one of the porters to leave the area as it was for employees only. I had a long day at work and had to leave early to come get my car. I just wanted to retrieve it as quickly as I could. When he finally pulled my car around, he loudly said “YOU’RE WELCOME”. I told him he needed to work on his customer service skills at which point he got very irate. Extremely unprofessional behavior from this gentleman. Overall, not impressed and this experience and lack of professionalism from each and every employee I interacted with has soured me from this dealership and the Chevrolet brand. I used to work for a Lexus dealership in the service department and would have been fired if I treated a customer this poorly. Please do better.

Mario Ortiz was very professional.An excellent customer service representative. However car was not adequately repaired by the technician and I had to spend an extra hour coming back and having it done correctly.
