Now that I have some time driving I would like to review some of the features I do not fully understand.
I had an 11oclock appointment for an oil change for my lease, no one told me they were running behind or kept me updated. I informed them that I would wait. I sat there for over 2 hours. They need to do a better job of keeping the waiting customers updated.

I think Jose did a fine job. I was not happy that my passenger side seat was left in a position that bloced my view so I had to exit my vehicle to fix it before I drove off. I also did not notice until later that my rear floormats were left on TOP of the back seats. They should never be placed there let alone be left there after service. Dirty shoes go on the mat. I dont want them on the seats. I dont know how much of that is Jose's responsibility to check or more of an issue with the techs. I didnt feel like the option of totally satisfied vs not totally satisfied was sufficient to express my issues.
I mentioned the warning for low pressure on tire was on. When service was complete I asked them if the tire was ok and they said yes that they couldn't find anything. The next day the warning came on again. Took it to pep boys and they discovered 2 holes and had to replace the tire. Not sure if the techs were lazy or didnt care.because it sure wasnt hard to find those two holes. It's a safety hazard...
You told me the door handle part would be in the next week. Never got a call the next week. You were supposed to program a key fob on 12/6, which you did but now one of my keys doesnt work - turns on security lockout.
Mario Ortiz was great with taking care of me with my vehicle. I really appreciate him and commend him for doing a Fantastic job and getting it done in a timely manner!

Everyone were very professional
After service for engine light, lots of different noice arouse from the vehicle. We even had huge rubbing noise in which we took the tow -vehicle and found nothing wrong. The car still feels like it had a major accident after that one service.
Mario is an awesome gentle man and took care of my car the best.
The only concern is about the courtesy vehicle which should be onsite because of the transfer of the goods like baby car seat.
