My car sat “ for 2.5 weeks at Martin Chevrolet while they waited for a part to arrive. I feel there should have been a way to acquire this part sooner and expedite sending it to Torrance. Julio did let us have a loaner car during the second week and another loaner the third week. Once the part came in, my car was immediately fixed and made available to me. I would have liked to have gotten a text update daily while I was waiting even if there was no new news.
Thanks for your help and believing me that my car has been making a noise even though you never actually heard it whole the car was there. I appreciate your customer service immensely.
