I pointed out to George that after the 15000 mile service, my car had not been washed or cleaned. George was proactive in offering me a thorough detailing, to value my time for getting the car again to the Service Centre. My SUV was thoroughly cleaned and washed, and I felt that Lexus has kept up the elite class it is known for. Great show George ! Thanks.
