Charlie is the guy! He’s dependable, trustworthy, honest, diligentt, pleasant, answered all questions I asked with explanation. That’s why even I moved my residence an hour away from Westminster, I still go to Westminster because of satisfactory service. Most of the employees I dealt with were pleasant too!
