My appointment was for 9:45am, and I didn’t have to Waite. Mr. Bill Griffin was informative about my car and professional at all time. My problem with others Lexus’s Dealers has been that you appointment is at 10:00am and you waists your time all day to get service. I belong to Longo Lexus Toyota El Monte. Service just to be good, management change and it was time to take my business somewhere else..????????

The service advisor was very professional and helpful. I brought in a coupon from another dealer but unfortunately they couldn’t the deal but he did the best he could to provide a more reasonable cost for an oil change which has gone up in price.

I work and it would have been good to have gotten a text or voicemail with the car status and that it was ready.I left a voicemail with the advisor and never received a call back as to the status.I had to call again to get the status. I paid over $2000 and the car was returned to me dirty.I appreciate at my request they took it back to wash it.
