Everytime I go Mohammad helps me, even if I dont have an appointment. Never makes me feel like I'm over booking their day.. he always answers with a smile. I like his costumer service.

Mohammed was very kind and helpful. He was great with answering any questions or concerns. One thing: Not all staff are wearing gloves or masks at all times, which I would have appreciated. No issues with Mohammed! He made my experience wonderful.

This is the second time I take the vehicle to this location and the representatives are suggesting services that has been done to my vehicle within a year. I understand services are suggested based on the mileage but no one is paying attention to the service history of the vehicle to provide an accurate assessment of what is needed. The belt tensioner was suggested to be replaced when I change it a year ago. The representatives said that he made a mistake and looked at the wrong customer information. It was also recommended the replacement of the spark plugs, transmission oil and other services when they have been done within a year or so ago. It defeats the purpose of taking the vehicle to the dealer if there is not a commitment from someone to check the history of the car especially when the vehicle has been serviced at this location for almost two years. I am not dissatisfied with the customer service representatives but concerned about the validity of what has been recommended without someone from the shop(mechanic) checking the service history of the car.

My car was checked in quickly. I walked across the street had some breakfast and by the time I got back I got the call saying my vehicle was ready. Also your parts guy answered some questions about some parts I was interested in. Also who ever washed my car did a really good job. Most places just run water over it. Even the inside of my car was cleaned. Really impressed with the service.
