Erik was very professional ,kind, respectful, charming ! He checked my previous visit and what was recommended to be done. He ordered the parts and set up my appointment for the service. When I arrived on Friday he remember me, said the parts were in and would call me when my car was ready for pick up. I asked for a senior citizen discount because I live on very strict budget and I would be appreciative on what ever he could give to me. When I picked up my car a nice discount was applied and I was grateful , and a happy customer....

Thomas Owens did a phenomenal job at making my day great. My car was taken within minutes and a lyft was ordered for me. Then I received a text when my vehicle was ready. I asked if I may get a ride there. Within minutes I received a text that a lyft was on the way. Car looked great! Thomas offered coffee or water and if there was anything else I needed to let him know. Amazing customer service!

Mo was incredibly professional and kind. He communicated with me throughout the day and made sure I was updated about my car. Thank you guys for providing this complimentary service even for non Mazda owners. Not having to worry about something as basic as oil change has really helped me focus on other important things.
