Everyone was very very helpful and extremely nice! I had my oil changed complimentary because I am a Healthcare worker. I don’t have a Mazda but you are able to fix most cars. I am very glad I came here. I would like to continue to come here because everyone was so nice despite not having a Mazda. See you during my next oil change! Thank you so much for your service.

I got a text from the service representative saying that my car needed new rear brake pads, according to him they were at 1 mm. Nothing was mentioned to me before this at my other service appointments and I have been taking my car there every 3,000 miles for an oil change. I took my car to a different mechanic today for the brake pads and they told me that they did not need to me replaced. They showed me in comparison the old brake pads compared the new ones and there wasn’t much change. I am very disappointed knowing that I cannot trust this Mazda dealership to work on my car anymore since they were very dishonest and tried to scam me. Never going to come back here or recommend anyone to come here.
This is the second vehicle I have bought there in the last 6 months. Luckily, you have improved in your employees. I went there in December of 2018 to buy this same/similar vehicle. The employee I dealt with was rude, a liar, and a horrible representation of your business. I gave you guys a second chance and I’m glad I did.
