Excellent service, wonderful experience, timely and professional. No pressure and attention to detail. Loved the staff and service was exceptional. It is time to pass on the same training to Mr. Wilson's other dealerships. Also need to update website with more promotional coupons to match the online retailers. No one with a Mazda should have to shop around for better prices. Cut unnecessary staff if you have to but keep profit margins on parts minimal. Amazon should not be the go to place for saavy owners. Keep an eye out for service specials from other dealers and do your best to beat them every month. The profit was already made upon the sale of the car, time to focus on minimizing maintenance costs and maximizing repeat business from satisfied customers such as myself. Since David Wilson is going to have to make cuts to his extravagant lifestyle anyways, he might as well help us normal folks out by matching competitor coupons. One less upgrade to the mansion in Laguna won't hurt. You are welcome!
