The service experience was far better than the scheduling experience
While my vehicle sat outside on your service lot for over a month I got it back with 3 very small scratches on the hood . I took pictures when I left it there and pictures as it came off the flatbed from delivery to me. I sent the photos and an email to Mo about it. When I called him he said it would be no problem. Yesterday I brought it in for that reason and an oil change. They informed me that the scratches were there. I have absolutely had it with this dealership and how I’ve been treated.
