It was scheduled for me to pick up that Thursday.. after several contacts, finally was told next Tuesday that I could pickup after 5:30 that afternoon..
I understand that they needed to order the part and also paint it..
They could of ordered the part, and when it arrived I would bring my car in... Simple. My new car was in the shop longer than I had possession of...
no need for that... somebody should have figured that out!

Paisley was helpful, nice and overall knowledgeable about what was going on with my vehicle. She was concerned that I had to be at work and he to pick up my child from school later and got me a car to hold me over till my car is ready.
When I went to change out the air filter, the clips were loose and not put back into place. If something that simple is being overlooked, what else that I can't see is not getting taken care of? Aside from that customer service is always good. Just not sure I have confidence in the workmanship.

Was called that car would be ready in w0 minutes, I get there 20 minutes later to find that car was not ready, did not do the oil change I took it in for. Had to wait another 20 minutes for them to do it.
