Very satisfied with the service. Was having my tire pressure light go on and even after getting air in the left front tire the light went on again. It was addressed and I do feel better about not having to worry that I shouldn’t drive the car because of this. Thank you again, Diane

Paisley was excellent with the customer service she provided. She went above and beyond what was asked of her. The problem I have with the service comes from 3 things: 1)There were grease marks from the mechanics on the inside upper door column 2)oil marks from mechanic on the driver side floor mat 3)car was still dirty after “car wash” and wheels have white residue on the rims after tire installation. I also 2 tools that were left in my car on my passenger seat when I got the car back. I’ll be reaching back out to the dealer to rectify these problems and return the tools.

Greg Davenport treated me like a pos. I bought a used Toyota Highlander off the lot, came back 30 days later because there was a sunroof leak which soaked the underlayment of my car and started to cause mold. Whether or not this was known by any techs or managers is besides the point, as even if no one knew I did not cause a sunroof leak in 30 days as well as flood my car cause and cause mold.I was very civil about this and said I just want it fixed correctly. Greg had my car sent a Toyota then told them to take it back to Mazda because they wanted to much money, sent it to an after market place and meanwhile my Vin number now has mold registered to it because of Toyota. Upon asking him/discussing with him what he was planning to do with my car elsewhere he said They were going to fix the leak and clean it up. When I questioned him/disagreed with him stating that the underpayment needed to be replaced and I had proof that there was mold in the car he got extremely confrontational and started to threaten to stop working on the car, then stated, and I quote“are you complaining??! I don’t know what you did to that car“. The only thing I am was trying to do the whole time was make sure the car that I bought from Mazda was repaired correctly, and the only thing that he proceeded to do was lowball me and do the bare minimum meanwhile treating me horribly. Absolutely one of the worst customer service engagements I’ve ever dealt with in my life and I cannot believe that he is employed there much less managing people. He was malicious and the way that he treated me/talked to me was completely uncalled for given the fact that all I was doing was inquiring about what he planned to do with my car to fix a mold problem, which mind you is a huge legal battle on your end. In the end I went down to the aftermarket shop where they were doing the work on my car and showed him that I had mold, and they had to convince Greg to replace the underlayment even then with non-Toyota certified parts. So after being treated like a scumbag it was only thanks to the shop that the bare minimum was done as far as rectifying the mold problem. I hope that he’s dealt with accordingly. I would like to note that the actual service department was extremely polite and accommodating.
