I may just be used to being asked about changing filters while they can and not just receive the recommendation when receiving my car back. Yes could have decided to change them at that moment. Or if they don’t need change yet then it shouldn’t be in the report.
I am disappointed so far with the lack of professionalism and customer service standards. I received a loaner vehicle that is dirty both inside and out. I asked Luis who I spoke to initially to update me personally and he didn’t. It took 6 hours for Paisley to contact me about the status of my car. I understand if it may have taken that long, but a simple heads up would have been nice. She left out the status of my breaks when we spoke, and when I texted her about it, she didn’t respond. I am dissatisfied with my concerns about my breaks being addressed since this is the second time I’m bringing it in within a week and still the issue persists. She told me she wouldn’t be there Saturday and that someone else would contact me to update me about my car that day. No one has. I do not feel confident about this experience. For a person spending hundreds of dollars and a premium price to service my car, I’d expect better customer service standards.

I appreciated the text messages making the communication very clear. Also I questioned a deal that was sent to me through email as a Mazda owner, but was listed for Motorcraft (Ford) parts. It was a true form of false advertising. Tom brought it to the managers attention and honored the deal.
