I texted Luis at 10:30 for a status check. He said my car was done and waiting to be washed. At 11:00, I texted again to find out what was happening and was texted back that it was done. I went to cahier and another person checked me out.Luis never talked to me

I was told that over 60 miles were driven over two days to diagnose the lunge problem I reported that I experienced while slowly pulling into a parking lot stall. I did not think that many miles needed to be driven to diagnose this problem. I expressed that thought to the service representative and also told him that I had just filled up my tank prior to bringing the car in for service. I requested that my gas be replaced. Thankfully the service rep agreed to replace the gas in my car.

You held my car hostage for 2 weeks because you failed to communicate with me effectively. At first I was told the reason it was taking so long was that you all were waiting for parts in the mail. Then I was told the issue wasn’t covered under warranty because it was probably caused by my driving. I called repeatedly to try and discuss the issue and get an estimate for the repairs but every time I called I got sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail and texted to get in contact with you but still I heard nothing. You wouldn’t have ordered parts for repairs if the customer hadn’t said ok to the estimate so I don’t understand why you lied about waiting for parts. If you had told me that the damage wasn’t covered and given me an estimate instead of lying about waiting for parts I would have given you the green light to make the repairs. We were about to hit 2 weeks with my car in your care and nothing happening so I finally got frustrated with the lack of communication and decided to take my business elsewhere. I’m sure another mechanic will be happy to communicate with me and I’ll be happy to give them the money I didn’t give you. Thanks!!

Luis made sure my plastic side paneling on the passenger side was ordered. It was supposed to be done at the 25,000 mile check. The paneling has been popping off since I bought it and it’s finally getting taken care of. So when I bring the car in next week, we can get that fixed.
