Overall, I’m satisfied with the work that was done on my car. I wouldn’t say extremely because my car wasn’t ready the day and time I was promised, and it put an inconvenience in the way when I left my toddler’s car seat in the car because it was supposed to be an overnight process (pick up the next afternoon). Luis was caring, upfront, and down to earth which made it easy to work with him. He right away offered me a loaner car, which was a blessing in disguise considering I had no clue this process would take longer than it did. However, I was dissatisfied that even though he had a family emergency, no one from his team had any idea about my car being fixed and caused a delay in the repair. Not only that, but the part that was supposed to be used arrived damaged. I understand that is out of your hands, but that is something that could have been handled sooner. I’m grateful for Luis and his communication with me after this ripple effect happened as he was empathetic to my situation and in the end, I was satisfied with the job at hand done to my car. Thank you

Spoke to Eric 2 weeks prior to service and he scheduled me with my old service advisor Luis. Little did I know when I showed up Luis did not work that day. Why book service with someone I trust with my concerns and issues when they aren’t going to be there?! I dropped my car off at 7:30am and was told it was done at 3:34pm which is 26 minutes away from closing, how can anyone get there in time? When asked for no tire shine when the vehicle was washed Tom immediately said “it’ll be easier if the car is not washed. Is the car clean?” I don’t understand why a simple request was so challenging. Overall the sticker for my next maintenance was completely wrong and the “return mileage” says in 500miles I should return. The date states some time in march but the miles are all wrong. I understand I was allowed a loaner car and I appreciate that but it seems like every time i go there I’m left in the dark and/or there is some type of miscommunication. Overall I love taking my car to mazda just because it should be a trusted brand and I purchased/spend a lot of money throughout the years with you guys but it’s just very unfortunate that it’s a struggle to get routine maintenance and communicate with the associates.

While a 2 hr wait for an oil change and tire rotation seems long, I am glad you provide a lyft ride so I can wait at home.
