Went over everything with me prior to service. Offered car wash, but I told him I probably didn’t have time so he said I could bring it back any time. The car service was done sooner than expected and the service adviser come right out and said since it’s already done do you have time for me to run it back to get it washed. That was so nice that he was right on top of it. It was washed and back out very quickly. Now, that was service!
personalized service and attention is the expertise of my Service Advisor Erik Badillo Hernandez for years now. I never get tired seeing him and talking to him. Although last Wednesday, August 5th, It was Thomas Owen, also an excellent advisor who assisted me first. Keep up the good work guys.

Erik was great. The entire rest of the process was terrible. It was left up to me to get damage caused by your vendor corrected. Phone calls not returned, excuses at every step.

I wish the service wait time was estimated correctly. I understand that the service might take long but plus or minus 15 minutes can easily be estimated for an established business. I was not happy to wait an extra 40 minutes. Other than that the associate was kind and very helpful.
I loved the service offered by Mazda both the manager and the seller and the person in charge of financing were very patient and excellent service is the second time I bought a Mazda and I am increasingly happy with the quality of that brand
