I was disappointed that my phone had been disabled. I did not notice until I was halfway home. It was and is an inconvenience as I am not familiar with how to reactivate the phone. The front office staff was very friendly and efficient. The waiting area was comfortable and I appreciate the precautions to keep the staff and public at a safe distance.
This is my third visits to service department. I’m completely satisfied every time. Mr Tom Owens is always professional and helpful. He always on top of everything and updated the status of the my vehicle progress. I always feel like I’m in good hands when I turned the keys off to him. Thank you ???? ????????

I have been coming here for my regular Mazda maintenance for years and never had experienced such customer service so superb than that of Mohammed Abdo. When my vehicle was done, he came up to me personally and handed me the paperworks and walked me to my vehicle. In my past experience, they would just either call you or page you to come to the front office and let you off and just wait for your car outside. Mazda of Orange is lucky to snagged an employee like Mohammed. Great job.
