My car stopped running 5 minutes after I left the dealer. Quit on the freeway. Called M, he said drive it back. Told him smoke was bellowing out of the back of my CX5. I am scared to drive it anywhere now. Please call me at ****-****-xxxx.

I have had a recall from back in November that wasn’t just replaced for my heads up display monitor. I have had 2 or 3 “updates” now and I’m really losing my mind because I work from my car. This screen problem is costing me money from having to take time off work when you guys have had 3 chances to do a simple recall. I paid top dollar and extended warranty and still get nickel and dimed every visit. I asked for CarPlay update but that is 400$??? For an apple app in my car?

No safety precautions. Unmasked or mask below nose employees everywhere. I will go to a different Mazda dealer next time and that is sad since I have been happy with this dealership for a long time. It is a state order that you must wear a mask, why are so many employees not wearing one? Why do I have to dodge an unmasked person going in and out of the office and coming within 2 feet of me?
