Mike a the team did a great job getting my Suburban back up and running. I did advise Chevrolet that I was disappointed with their policy of charging for transmission software for a transmission under warranty. Chevy Customer Support gave me a $100 voucher for my next maintenance at Stanley, but would not refund my $120 paid for software.

The car was fixed fine. However they changed the oil without our authorization and it did not need changed yet. It was the last free oil change we had coming. We were watching the oil change % closely. It read 22%. We still had two full months before we needed our last free oil change. We were told they changed it because there was a deadline for it. He was surprised when I informed him we had only had the car six months.

I was under the impression I got free oil changes for a year, when the nice gentle men let me know he could probably tell I wasn’t aware. My service today was exceptional because not only did they go ahead and do the service free of charge, they did it the politest way and informed met of my warrenty and thing. All around turned my day around!
