Daniel was very helpful, but the charges seemed very high for a 30,000 mile service. It was gold-plated service, which likely was not necessary. Unlikely to return.

I had to bring my car back for a second time to fill up the radiator coolant that was not filled up all the way and for them to put back on a piece of bumper trim that was not put back on correctly. I won’t be having my wife bring my Z in for maintenance anymore.

Nothing against the service writer, but I was very clearly reminded why I don't go to the dealer if I can help it at all. $3,400? I guess if you can get someone else to pay for it, then great.

Overall pretty pleased with my experience. I am not sure which member of the team is Adan, but they were all solid. I really loved the shuttle and the fact the the cashier was willing to allow me to come back and use my new car so I could get the points! I paid at the time of service with another card so I could take the vehicle, and so they did a refund and recharge. I appreciated this.
