Great service, communication, and ease of transaction. David did an awesome job of keeping me posted on the work being done to my car. He was on top of things, and kept me updated when needed. He was spot on on estimated time of service, and I got my car back on time and as promised. I appreciate the great service I got from David Valdez, and the entire staff! Thank you guys!

Daniel exceeded my expectations on service. He was very prompt and knowledgable on his work skills. He explained everything in great detail. I'm sure he got tired of my calls lol I would recommended lang Nissan to future customers. Daniel definitely deserves a raise :)

My oil change, tire rotation and car wash services were finished sooner than the estimated wait time and everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful! Very pleased overall with my experience. Will definitely come back for my next service.

Daniel was great, kept me informed, provided cost options, and got me right into a rental. My issue is I do have to come back again for more leather seat repair which will require me to get a rental and leave my car again. I had my car there for 8 days for a few repairs. There must have been a disconnect of information to the leather repair man. Only the right side of my drivers seat got repaired where it had cracked and the left side was missed. I am a nurse and work long hours and stretches of days. My next day off is this coming Thursday. I have already emailed Daniel to see if my car can have the leather repaired that day. It would have been ideal to have everything fixed in those 8 days but mistakes/miscommunications happen, there were quite a few repairs and services on this visit.
