Daniel is good but management clearly has serious issues. Easy to see why you have so many negative reviews on yelp. I had to bring in 2nd time as previous service you charged for alignment and tire rotation and I discovered you didn't do either. I brought it back in 2nd time was offered zero apologies, had to wait over 2 hours and was offered no discounts on future business for having tried to rip me off. Honestly dealership does not convey competency

Overall, I was satisfied with the service. My only negative feedback is I don't believe the tires were checked upon my request. I currently have a sensor letting me know my rear right tire is low so air needs to be added. The warning came on the week before last so I had requested to have this checked but the warning came back on after service was complete and I had picked up my vehicle. I should be able to clear out the warning once I add air.

When the truck was delivered it was only half washed. Better to not wash it than half wash it.
