Only suggestion: Maybe a sign letting customer know what to do. Stay in car, get out, approach the people in the office.
When I pulled up there were multiple people/staff in the area. No one acknowledged me. A blonde women wearing plainclothes was speaking with the service advisor. She looked at me, then turned away. A male staff member wearing a blue mechanic shirt finally approached me to let me know someone would would be there shortly.
We asked to have the vehicle detailed inside and out. The cargo are was overlooked. Not really complaining, but you asked. When we have had Subaru and Lexus vehicles detailed a much more thorough job has been done.
Fast service and my car was cleaner when I got it back! Thanks to Daniel
