Adan did a great job, he clearly stated what services I wanted done, the services that were recommended, and did not push an up sell for other services that I did not want at this time. I appreciate his professionalism, and he had my truck washed, a very pleasant surprise! Pacific Nissan would have never done that! Thanks boys!

David was excellent, he was amazing. He defused my situation and gave me reinsurance that I would be taken care of. I was upset to find out that I could not have the Key Fob taken care of. During the call to set up the appointment I had asked for the phone number to call the claim in. For the third time I was denied this information and was told to just come in and it would all be taken care of. well the place I needed to call was close and would open on Monday. I am always treated well by the service department, but customer service and sells falls short and gives me miss information. David was professional understood my frustration and assured me that I would be okay and given time and credit during my inspection on the lease on Monday.

I service advisor DANIEL RODRIGUEZ kept us up to date and insured our vehicles fixed in a timely manner is the only reason why I go back to Lang Nissan for service because of Daniel Rodriguez
