Adan was amazing!! He provided me with all the information regarding my car during my oil change service. Ouch!! My car was in dire need to replace my catalytic converter, rear brakes, wheel alignment also needed repairs. I was preparing for a trip to Disnryland and was in a tough place not to have a car and the finances to have it all repaired. Adan was able to get me a loaner car for 3 days. This was a huge help to get our family to Disneyland. This morning we returned our rental and picked up my Pathfinder. Adan had stayed within the cost he quoted me and returned to me the perfect ride! Thank You Adan and Lang for keeping me on the road safely! I'll be back for 105,000 mile tune up!

I was a little put off at first that I was given an 1:45 estimate wait, since I had made an appointment and it didn't appear that my truck was being worked on for the first 15 or 20 minutes. But all in all, the scheduled work was done probably in about an the hour. And I was happy that technician found an extra issue under warranty and that I was then given shuttle service to and from your service center, so that it could be fixed yet that day. The team all around did a good job.
I didn’t know my paperwork was at the counter. I sat there about 15 minutes more before I went to the counter and asked the lady. There was a little miss communication.
Daniel assisted me through an escalation. He maintained professional, polite, and assisted me to the best of his ability. The outcome was that my issue was resolved.

Asked for a tire rotation w/my oil change. Took over 90 minutes and you didnt rotate our tires, what the heck?
I will be coming in to speak to the GM. I have been in a mental dilemma since I purchased the truck from pacific Nissan. For what ever the reason I am very sad, angered, and discouraged with Nissan and now with Lang too.

If it wasn’t for Daniel I would We going to Mattie Nissan in national city which is only 15 minutes from my house but I drive all the way to Pacific Beach because of DANIEL.
