Was unable to get key reprogrammed after someone stole my truck. I waited for the key to come in. And for whatever reason they could not perform the reprogram. I don’t know what to do. This person stole my truck out of my front driveway knows where I live and has a physical key. I have to keep my truck in my garage I’m the mean time until I figure out how to make this right. It would be a shame if it was taken again.

It’s the second time I take the car to get checked for a sudden pull/thump feel when the vehicle is on drive. After taking it today, they continue to say nothing is wrong with the car (pre diagnosed by the front counter employee). Fact is, we are driving the car daily and we know when the car is not normal. The rep emphasized that I would be on the hook for $160 diagnostic fee. We have the extended warranty and did not expect this type of service. I wanted to hear, “We will get to the bottom of it, it’s our job to find the problem and fix it.” Customer service was poor.

The truck makes super loud noise while driving and you guys said It barely made any noise, called me to pick up truck without doing anything to it! Loud or not loud, regardless that’s why I took it in, made an appointment for Wednesday and truck didn’t get looked at till Friday, super waste of my time.
