Excellent service on Robert and Alvaro's part, both went out of their way to get my car serviced, even though Alvaro's shift had ended, also Robert had to wait for me to pickup my car, also after hours. Thank you guys for your dedication, professionalism and service.

My car was in the shop twice for the same problem and still has not been fixed. The third appointment is next week and I hope the issue can be resolved. The service advisor Jose Valdez has been very good to work with and has kept me informed as to progress.
