This is my first time working with Jose Valdez and I’m glad he took my car. His approach is very professional and he made it very clear my priorities came first and asked easy questions to better assess my situation. I mentioned that I’m a long time customer and if Buick would offer a discount for Veterans and without thinking twice, Jose said, no problem and he thanked me for my service. Jose provided excellent customer service! Made sure I had a ride to base and back and a ride home when my vehicle was not ready. He even gave me a military discount. This is the World Class Service that all dealerships should strive to attain!!! Keep him out front! He is awesome!
