No one contacted me when my RX was ready to be picked up. I called Saturday am to hear it’s ready. The car came in Thursday at 8am. I can’t imagine it took 2 days to provide service.

From check in to check out, poor customer service throughout. I get another car serviced at a Lexus dealership in North Scottsdale; you guys need to take lessons from them. So much friendlier and on the ball.

I drove and bought an nx 300.
Before I purchased the car, I told James and Mike I did not want the roof racks on the car . I thought they were standard equipment, not an option. James said they would be taken off. I was never told I was paying approx $500. For something I didn't want.and would never use.
James asked what he should do with them. I said just put them in the back of the car.
I think I should have been told that the car I was considering could only be sold with roof racks which were an option
Costing $500
and
because I didn't want them , we should look for a different car.
I contacted Mike my sales person and told him I didn't realize I was paying $500. For roof racks I wouldn't use.
Mike said he would pick them up and corporate would write a refund check
Shortly after I spoke to Mike I got a phone call from James saying I could not return the roof racks for a refund.
James is a fast talker and kept over talking whatever I said. He is not someone that listens and I believe that is why I ended up with roof racks I didn't want.
I bought a used car from your dealership less than 2 yrs ago. It was a 2015. . So I knew there were no options. I was very happy with the way everything was handled with that sale. No surprises!
I am an 80 yr old widow and this is the 1st time I bought a new car.
It has ended up being a costly mistake .and I am not happy with how this was handled. ..
