Edwards was very nice and helpful, he made sure I had a good experience serving my car A plus
Mr. Simeon is consistently competent and always courteous and friendly.
Everything was great, except for the loaner vehicle. My wife is allergic to cats and dogs and the car was covered in white animal hair, thus requiring her to take medication to be able to breathe.
Amazing customer service. Always a pleasure and great experience. Derek was amazing!
Derik was very friendly & courtious.
Out standing in all respects.
EVEN MADE ME SOME COOKIES AS THEY HAD RUN OUT.
I would highly recommend Derik.

Great service writer. Best we have had at any dealership. He is professional and makes customers feel important.
Derek is always such a pleasure to work with!
First, the process was incredibly slow and uninformative. Took almost 3.25 hours to program a car key...and we watched the process itself, which took 4 minutes and 25 seconds. Service tech looked at car, then walked away and worked on two other cars for two hours. Tech advisor said "it can take all day to reprogram a car key." Perhaps you might want to look at the Lexus dealer on youtube that recorded the whole process in 6 minutes and ten seconds including an explanation of how the key works. And of course I watched the technician and saw him in the car for the four minutes mentioned. It does not take 3.9 hours to 'load software' on anything on the planet including an Atlas rocket! Seriously, we aren't dumb. And our advisor was anything but courteous or helpful. Second, really Lexus? $600 for a car key? It isn't a new Iphone x! $300 labor for that 4 minutes and 25 seconds? $300 for $20 in electronics? We all know car dealers gouge, but I will say our key for our Porsche Cayenne was $295, half the price for a car that is twice as nice and vastly technologically superior as well as twice the price. Our Mercedes as well, half that price. Everything at Dah Hong Chong Lexus seems to have changed since we bought our car - seems in disarray, like no one is managing anything. I think we wont be buying here again.
Thank you Efrain for your expertise blessings Dr AUGUSTO C
