Derek was very polite and professional. He addressed all of my concerns even though many were relatively unimportant. I also appreciated a clean car at the end. My only disappointment came when the service light which was illuminated upon my arrival at DCH but would not come back on, came on immediately as I drove away. I guess I’ll have to schedule another appointment since the “check AHC 4 wheel” issue has yet to be resolved. Everything else was top notch. Thank you.

Edward is exceptional, he takes care of his customers and gets to the point making it very easy for you to express your concerns and issues regarding the repairs in your car. I think he is exactly the type of person customers want. I really appreciate his patience and concerns regarding my services on my vehicles.

I had an appointment at 8:30am for regular service...oil change, etc. I let them know I would like my vehicle done by 2, and Edward wrote 1:00 on the paperwork to get it done quicker. I showed up at about 1:40 to inquire about my vehicle as I hadn’t heard anything in regards to an update. I was told the service was being completed AT THAT TIME, and that my tire needed to be patched. This is 5 hours after I dropped my car off!! My vehicle was not ready until close to 4:00pm. I honestly do not understand how it took THAT long for something so simple, especially when I had an appointment. So disappointed.
