Truly was a good experience today. Edward met me when i pulled in..we did the paperwork..he provided the loaner..then called when the service was completed. Very pleased.
Isiah was pretty awesome. He let me know about all the benefits of my warranty that I wasn’t told about originally. He really went out of his way to make sure my car was in great shape and took care of everything. He checked on me while I was waiting and the car was clean and ready right when he promised it would be. I’ve bought a lot of cars and this experience was one of the best in any service department. If I were to pick anything to improve, maybe the guest WiFi could be a tad faster. Thank you!

My real answer is yes and no.
My car was returned to me yesterday after 10 days in your shop. When I drove into SB today for class the tire pressure warning light came on. I drove to you skipping class. Upon investigation I was told the problem was with the gauges not the tires. I had just had the 120,000 mile tune-up. The car is 10 years old. I was told that these gauges were due to wear out. Why wasn’ That a part of the tune-up then? At least shouldn’ I have been forewarned ? What else should I anticipate will be wearing out due to age and mileage that isn’ t included inyour routine tune-ups?
