DCH Santa Barbara is so great! My friends and I really love taking our cars there for service!
Phuong is pleasant to deal with as he is both professional and friendly. He takes my concerns about the car seriously and relays the information to the technicians. He also gives detailed feedback about the service that was completed and other maintanence checks results.
It was a wonderful experience, Edward was just totally professional and very friendly, I am impressed with your service.
It took 4 hours for my service to be done, promised to be done at 1:30pm and I didn’t get my car until close to 2:30pm
When I called for appointment, I was promised a loaner and it also reflected on my reminder email, Mr Figueroa sounded surprised when I mentioned about the loaner and he didn’t sound as friendly. When he walked me to the loaner car, he didn’t even checked if everything is fine with the car, he left and when I started the car, it says no key detected, apparently there was no key in the car and he forgot to hand me the key while we were still in his office.
Not a good customer service experience compared to my prior visits, a bit disappointed as I can see he doesn’t feel like being at work that day. I had live my prior experience that’s why I came back even if I have to drive 90 miles. I have an option of going Northbound to Monterey for my next service
The service representative went out of his way to not only provide the service I requested, but also clean the vehicle even though he intially said that DCH didn't provide that service on Saturday's. Thank you for going out of your way the perform "above and beyond"!

I would have appreciated receiving information on the tire wear, brake levels, etc. with the invoice rather than having to ask for it.
I would love someone however to figure out how to make my commands work on making calls etc. there is definitely something wrong that was not as bad initially. Now it hardly recognizes my request.

After the technician diagnosed a problem with temperature differences between the driver’s and passenger’s side, Isaiah checked and discovered that I purchased the extended warranty. He contacted the warranty provider to inspect my vehicle to ensure the warranty covered the repair. Isaiah provided me with a loaner and provided updates on the repair. Having a loaner was great but the maintenance reminder would appear every time I started the car. Isaiah said that he would take care of the loaner after I return the car.
Derek was so attentive and thorough! He made me feel like I was very important and explained everything that needed to be done (and why). He was so wonderful that I’d like to start asking for him by name each visit I make. Very very happy with my service!! Thank you Derek and LEXUS!

I always have great trust in Derek. He is upfront and honest in what my car does and does not need each time I come in. Everything is taken care of in a timely manner and I am in a comfortable place if I wait or get a ride home. Lexus service is where it’s at!
