Next time, however, when a customer comes in for an appointment, it will be a courteous gesture to let the customer know what their wait time will approximately be. After waiting an hour and a half, I was told my car was next in line, not completed. Waiting is fine. I understand the reality. But the process could have been explained and I wouldn’t have sat in the waiting area for three hours. An explanation of the process/time commitment could have made me a much happier camper.
