Communication could definitely be improved. I would always be the one calling for status updates and 99% of the time my service specialist did not answer the phone and I would leave a voicemail. I’ve asked several times for quotes for future work invluding new brakes and a front casing replacement and each time service team has forgotten. My experience at Keyes Audi was much more engaging and thorough with amazing customer support. Calabasas needs to raise the bar. I’ll bring my service elsewhere.

We should inform when the job will be completed and if this is not done by the time, the customers should know the new timings. I was not informed even after 5 hours just for simple service . Finally, I had to call to find out . Don’t want if this is the way your organization work as this was my first time. Lindsey was outstanding in every way. She really went the extra mile to help my wife get her car fixed while I was out of town and made her feel very comfortable with the whole process, including getting her a loaner vehicle that she was comfortable in, and even getting the work done earlier than expected.
