Rafael did a great job. I was very unhappy with the purchase of a preowned Audi Q7 and Rafael was able to fix all the problems in a timely and professional manner. I am very satisfied with the level of service he provided.

Rafael is just amazing, proactive and considerate. Mostly, he sets expectations and manages them. I lead a customer team for a tech company and spend a tremendous amount of time to builld and shape someone like him on my team. Audi is fortunate to have Rafael.

Angel is great and very helpful. My complaint has nothing to do with him. My only problem was that the part ordered was incorrect and now I have to come back out in a month or so to try again. It’s inconvenient.

Lyndsey’s service was great. However, I didn’t get a courtesy vehicle wash. Shouldn’t that be standard? My appointment was 12/21 at 12:25 pm and I didn’t get my vehicle back until 12/22 at 1:41 pm with no loaner vehicle.
