Not much fun to hear that the frame is bent on your car that barely over a year old... and Lyndsey delivered the news with a kind heart and a cheerful manner... additionally she was super profession and took care of having the towed to the body shop etc! Thanks!!!!

Service was very basic, too much up selling. Not greater by advisor when standing near desk, was told that I was lucky to get a rental since it was just a minor service. I had purchased the car at your dealership and it was also a recall which certainly is not a customer issue. Very disappointing experience this time.

I am so completely dissatisfied . The service was awful I feel totally taken advantage of and lied to. I am so upset and quite frankly disgusted I have already made an appointment to get rid of this car . I will Never ever deal with Audi again .
