I had mixed feelings about going to the dealership for service however, I would come back to Calabasas Audi because of Angel. He is personal, friendly, and professional. He listened to my concerns and spent time showing me something on my car I did not know how to work. I felt like a valued client. I will continue to bring my car in as long as he is there. Rafael and John are a great Team...very attentive professional and just good people..they are always very knowledgeable. We have known John since Woodland Hills we really like both of them and they always make you smile...no questions are too small or unanswered if one does not know the answer the other does. Now if someone came figure out Why my left rear seat window shoots down a. Couple of inches for no reason at all and scares me to death everytime????
