Angel was very friendly and professional. This was my first visit for service, he looked at my plan, and shared the details of it with me. Very satisfied.
The only issue I had was that a few cards in my purse fell out into the loaner car passenger seat and 1 of them was lost (my Gold Starbucks card). I had to cancel it and get a new one. But, though it was lost, Angel was kind enough to check the car right after I left the dealership.
Everyone was polite and the service was good in regards to the oil change etc, however i was frustrated that the rattle noise I pointed out wasn’t heard by the technician when they road tested the car. I heard it again as soon as I got in the car and left the dealership so I’m just frustrated by that. Unfortunately I had an appointment and couldn’t return in that moment to point it out. Hoping to eventually resolve this issue in the future and road test it along with someone in the car w me. Everything else about this car is great! . Should also note I’ve read about this issue online and the problem is in the back right seat. Many people have reported this about the A5 sportsback. It seems that Adblue wasn't added during the service. I've never had Adblue go off couple of thousand miles after service, I'm sure it wasn't added.

None of the issues I indicated were resolved. I was told there was nothing wrong and they couldn’t do anything for me. The representative was rude and told me to contact Audi USA. I like the car but the service has had been horrible.

Angel Duran was not only disrespectful but also arrogant and inconsiderate towards his clients. I would never bring my Audi back here again. Brought the car here on a recall and they passed it as all good but didn’t even check where they messed up. Second time he admits the mistake but that too like he doesn’t even care even when he messed up.
I was taken on time. The loaner paperwork went quickly. Everyone was very helpful. My car was ready earlier than expected.
I was not satisfied for two reasons:
1) After finalizing the purchase of my car, I waited for about one hour in the waiting room for the Finance Manager to prepare the paperwork for my signatures. When I was not contacted by anybody for one hour, I decided to enquirer & to my surprise found out the the Finance Manager had not even started working on my paperwork by then. When I got very upset the Senior Finance Manager stepped in & resolved the matter.
2) On our way home, my daughter realized that the wheel alignment of the car was out & needed to be fixed. We gave the car back & their service department took 3 hours to fix the wheel alignment.
It was amazing ????Lyndsey was on point and made me feel that I had nothing to worry about. Even my ride home and back to pick up my car.

Great guy and on top of things.
I brought the Audi for the coolant pump recall. It’s day two now and the coolant is already leaked out again. Did they even change it? I am very disappointed. I have to bring it back again on Monday.
