Vehicle bumper damaged by dealer. Service tech was rude. Repair incomplete and have to bring vehicle back again. 1st time Repair took a week. No apology.

repair took 3 times longer than initially stated Loaner had broken passenger window. When request to change loaner, the answer was that “we are out of loaners” And finally, car was returned unwashed

1. Had brand new tires installed as well as other things. When I drove about 5 minutes on the 101 freeway, the low tire pressure indicator lit up saying I had low pressure in my left front tire. What? With 4 new tires. ( I had no time to drive back that day..). Got home and checked pressure on all 4 tires. Both fronts we're 40 psi and rears were 43. I went to the mmi and told the car to SAVE new tire pressure. This removed the fault. 2. Your dealership is the only one that does not give a courtesy wash. (This is the first time that I ever had the car serviced in it's 6 year history that I can recall that it did not get a courtesy wash. ). I assume your dealership does not provide this service. The car was especially dirty after the new tires were installed. Sidewalls were filthy. 3. On a positive note. I really appreciate the troubleshooting commentary by the service tech that worked to fault isolate the reason for my fault indicator light. (Bad hose associated with my supercharger). The light has not come back on as of this text message. JIM S

John has been taking care of me and my daughter for a decade now whenever we have had Audi car concerns and has always been helpful and fair. As a woman that means a lot as I don’t know or want to know what is under the hood, I just want it to work and I want to feel safe. John makes sure that is the case and I appreciate it.
