Fast and easy. However, they could not fix my stuck navigation. It didn’t get stuck fir them. The second I tried to use it , it was stuck initializing. Same problem I’ve been experiencing for months. Oh well.

Awesome experience

The service is the worst ever. Service advisor Rafael was very rude and impatient when we tried to tell him some car issues and he refused to complete the full service because we were been there at 1pm and he said engineer all left. When we call him about the car’s status he told two different story between me and my wife, he told my wife the car will be ready at Second morning but he told me my wife does not want to fix the car so we can get the car quicker which my wife doesn’t. And he said because my wife does not speak English good enough. Very rude. Me and my wife are very upset, we bought a 70k car and plus the service contract for good service and we assuming we deserved for a luxury brand service but actually not. Rafael definitely ruin the Audi brand, he is rude and racist, I don’t think we will keep stay with Audi in the future.

Rafael is always very professional and explained what they would do to address the issue I have with the car. Though the problem is not fixed, It is beyond rafael’s Control. I appreciate him making me feel part of the Audi family.
