Rushed thru the process like something or someone else is more important than me. No customer kindness. Rude. No car wash with a $699 service which you advertise comes with EVERY service. The woman at the payment counter acts like she’s doing us a favor by taking our money, AFTER we waited 10 minutes for her to even show up! I pay for a $50k Audi and I am given a Ford to drive as a loaner??? I am embarrassed to have an Audi!!

Failed to address one of my requests regarding putting back some small parts where they belonged. Car wash was done last minute and not done very well. They returned my vehicle with out informing me about a part that needed to be replaced.
Took my 2012 A6 for a safety recall for my 2pm appointment.The estimated time given to me was 2.5hrs for the service. After nearly 2.5 hrs later and didn’t hear from IStephanie Trejo so I decided to text her to get the update on my car...40 minutes passed and still no reply from her. I called and the service dept connected me to Stephanie. She said that my car will not be ready until tomorrow. Since I have no car for work I requested for a loaner car. She didn’t even try to fix me up with a loaner instead she told me that the my car will be ready today. She had Uber picked me up and got to the dealership at around 5:30pm at which time my car wasn’t ready. Stephanie said that it will be ready by 6pm because that is time the place closed. Needless to say I didn’t get my until 6:30pm. I expect good service from a luxury car brand dealership like Audi and I didn’t get one from your place.
Everyone I spoke to was very professional and they really provided excellent service. I couldn’t be any happier when I picked my car up.
She was very helpful from the moment I arrived. Handled my problem with dispatch without delay.

Rene was very friendly and with an invitingly attitude, he worked with me and kept me updated with the progress of my car. This is by far the best experience I have had with Audi.
