There is confusion as to what’s covered by warranty and what isn’t. There is no knowledge of what warranty we paid a lot of money for, even though we bought it at your facility. This whole idea that car I keep in the garage is going to have rodent problems, eating my electrical wires, sounds like an excuse for disallowing warranty coverage. You don’t open early enough to use your shuttle to work, but if I drop off my car the night before, it would be nice to be able to schedule a pick up from work to get my car. The person who explained what was done did a good job of summarizing the effort.

The service was fine, Joshua was not. He implied that I was lying because my 75 year memory was a bit slow. We have purchased three vehicles from your dealer and this was my first negative experience.

This morning (the day after getting my car serviced and paying $350) my car does not start. Highly unsatisfied and very upset. It is 8am, I’m supposed to be at work at 8:30. Now I will be late with no car today. Your business doesn’t open till 9. You will be hearing from me.
