Had our appointment at 8:40 in the morning, then received a phone call around 2 pm long after we picked up our finished service. It was some woman asking why we weren’t at our appointment, and then instead of apologizing for the miscommunication continued to try to get us to come back down and trade in our car. Not the best last impression. The service team was friendly however, and got everything done in a great time frame.

To whom it my concern.. First off I'm a repeated customer.. have purchased 4 Kia's in the pass 8 years.. but the way I was treated these pass few weeks is very unprofessional..for a No brake light issue.. it's very sad how most car dealerships work.. when buying a New car they treat you with kindness, respect, often offer to buy you food... but after you've purchased the vehicle that's it.. they forget you... if you happen to have any issues with the car, try making an appointment, it's usually weeks away.. when you finally get it into the service dept. first thing they tell you is.. "there's fee to diagnose the problem.. in my case I knew what the problem was, but that didn't matter to them, they were only interested that I understood I was paying the fee... another complaint I have, the service guy who works in San Bernadino needs to be sent to a Human Behavior class.. the way he talks to people is VERY unprofessional.. or maybe it was because I'm Hispanic.. I've said what I had to say and this will be our last Kia we purchase.. forgot to mention that I had to get Kia Labor Relations involved in this.. they were really great in helping out, for a simple fit. I was lied to about shuttle service for pick up. And I felt like I had to bed to get shuttle service home after dropping off my car. Will never use this dealership again. I’d rather give my business to a competitor or drive an hour away to a different Kia dealership if I have too. That’s how poorly I was treated.

I'm completely satisfied with the service I recieved. I had tried another Kia, the usual location, and they did not respond to my service request. I called AllStar Kia and they immediately scheduled an appointment, did not place me on hold and then hand up the call. Allstar Kia was great. Today I arrived 30 minutes early and the service tech was courteous, thorough and the team was efficient with the service without hesitation accepted my early arrival. Service was completed as quoted. Thank you for good service.
