The service advisor is rude,unprofessional. Your prices went up by $10. The carwash was terrible. I asked about my headlights being checked be they are not in a safe position for visibility. I was told if we have time and it would be an extra charge. If it wasn't mandatory to have you do all my oil changes I wouldn't come

I made an appointment. But they refused to look at my ac because they said I had to drop it off in the an and leave it all day for them to look at it. I even told them I was going on a road trip and that's why I was getting new tires and brakes. I got there at 1230

As soon as we got there no one asked if we needed help we just stood there while the workers just sat there talking to each other and not acknowledging me so I had to ask another associate what to do when he walked in so when i parked my car on the side I came in again and all associates just sat there with there head down on the phone until I asked a goy that was at his desk and he helped me.
