Rude,called day prior said needed service.Said bring it at 9am dropped at 845 said couldnt be ready until 5pm.Said I called was told 9am. said leving town for holiday.Car not ready until 445. put on receipt refused 15k service. I already replaced air filter and cabin filter didnt need changed.Systems only been ran less than 15 hours. chips in hood werent there before. Should have known better. Sales was horrible when i bought car. was told i was getting things then disvovered i didnt get them. Sales person Sonia,said,I firgit the guys name,she went on to say,im sorry he just had brain surgery,WHAT. dont get me started on the sorento my dad bought. All Star never again Ill stick with Toyota going public with complaints sorry dealership
