He is very good at letting you know what is going on with your car and is very helpful with letting you decide what you want to do about the situation he is very curtious

the customer service have a lousy service also the service of cars. Those who sold me the car offered me 4 oil rails and now they are denying them. the glass elevator does not work and they only put oil on it. the driver's door does not look good and they think it's normal.

Joshua was awesome. He was a complete gwntlemen. Ur service manager is an idiot and really needs some customer servixe skills. My car is only 2 years old. 15 thousand miles on it and the battery died and left me stranded. I got it jumped and drove to kia. This is my 2nd lease from u guys and i had to call off work. I got it there at 12p and he said he couldnt do it today that its under waranty and i can take it to any kia. Seriously he was condesending and i couldnt believe he said this. This was two days in a row i talked to him becuz the dsy b4 my car was dead at work. I would have thought good customer service would be to change out the battery. I went to the saled dept in tears becuz the servic manager was so uncaring. I find it hard to believe that anyone would wsnt their loyal goos payong cusromers to take their business elsewhere . If this man is going to remain ad your service managet i will definetly think twice about going ro kia sb to get my next car in november. If i do it will be because of josh. Thank you again joshua for getting my car. Back on the road so i could return to work today. What an absolute sweetie joshua was. This whole dealership has been awesone except the tone and attuitude of your service manaager was absolutely unacceptable. I am a manager for 2 urgent care facilities and if i treated a patient who was upset the way he talked to me. I wouldnt have a job. Afterall this battery never should have left me stranded the way it did. I highly reccomend a serious cource of customer satisfaction for this manager or find one with compassion. Thanks for listening. If i do decide to leave your store and lease from someone else u can bet 100% it is becuz of him.

Chris Pohl took excellent care of me during a very scary time for me dealing with my car. He went above and beyond even when at first I wasn’t that pleasant or happy about what had happened to my car. It didn’t change how he treated me. He was always available when I called with questions and was very patient with me. I really appreciated him.
