I was satisfied with the service of checking all my liquids changing my oil. I was not satisfied with the wash of my car was terrible my windows were cloudy the tires looks like they weren't even touched and the inside was not done at all

I have purchased 2 Optimas from your dealership. The quality of service has decreased since Dane has left. I am not able to get my car serviced unless I schedule out 6weeks in advance. My job doesn’t allow for that, but he was able to make it happen and that benefits Allstar and myself. My husband held to speak to the service department yesterday for over 14 minutes. That is unacceptable. I have been forced to take both vehicles elsewhere for service. Such a change at this dealership- it seems that you cannot service your return customers properly.

Unfortunately my experience with Chris was not a good one he made me feel like I was such a bother while I was trying to find out about my car kia has my car for over a week never really contacting me or my mechanic to let me know anything

Aside from all the updates my car needed there was some other concerns with my car. Stalling, hesitation, sometimes wanted to turn off at stop light and sometimes doesnt turn on properly in the morning. I hope these updates addressed my cars issues, as of right now the car felt great on the drive home so keeping my fingers crossed. Thank you

Joshua treated my husband and I with the utmost courtesy and delivered the car on time as promised driving the car when finished right outside the customer service door so we could easily drive out. We liked the courtesy coffee and that water and snacks are offered as well.
