I was very satisfied with Judith. The rest of the team, not so much.
They seem agitated with all my questions and I was told it was miscommunication. The extended warranty was not what we we told. My paint is peeling and then this with my mirrors, to find out it wasn’t covered. The paint started to feel after 4 years and Kia said it was environmental, but my 2002 Honda and 2005 Ford does not have the same issue.
In the past the service has been great, we have been taking all of our vehicles here since our purchase of a 2015 soul back in 2014 and don’t mind the drive from Moreno Valley because of the detailed service Allstar Kia provides. Unfortunately this time I noticed my tires were rotated but the simplest thing of checking the psi on my tires would of gone a long way for me. I spent $71.00 for the service but then I had to spend more money to have my tires inflated somewhere else on my way home as my rear tires where low, (not flat or had an object in it, just needed air) how could the mechanic/technician not notice or check? like I said a simple check would of saved me some time and inconvenience, and if there is an extra fee for this service I would of paid it with no problem. Don’t really know if we might be returning but I will have a talk with my wife, daughter, sisters and family friends as we all have Kia’s purchased thru Allstar Kia. I might be over reacting because I had my kids with me as I usually never comment but thought some feed back from a loyal customer I would say might be heard.
I was concerned because the last few times that showed up without a appointment the guys there seemed very upset and made me feel like I was a problem. This time I was pleasantly surprise with your staff, Ms Martinez. She was very professional, friendly and made me feel that my business was important even without a appointment. I hope this is the type of excellent customer service that I will receive going forward.
